About Me.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from California State University at Hayward where I was a 4 year intercollegiate athlete on the women’s basketball team. I then received my M.S. in Counseling from San Francisco State University where I graduated with honors.
In 2018 I received a certificate in Nutritional Psychology from JFK University and am constantly exploring new and integrative approaches to my work.
With the increased need to support women around body and brain changes due to hormonal shifts/changes, I am currently working on my certification with the North American Menopause Society.
I believe that physical and emotional/psychological health are intertwined. When we tend to the individual parts of health and wellness, the mind and body can thrive and afford the resilience needed to cope with and adapt to life events.
I am a plant based athlete that enjoys pickleball, Orange Theory and paddle boarding. I love food, reading, adventures with my dogs and traveling both locally and abroad.
